HomeSpace provides much needed affordable housing to our community through management of over 28 rental facilities and through new partnership projects with builders.
HomeSpace, formerly Calgary Community Land Trust Society, was in need of a rebrand to better position the organization to achieve its goals. Fever worked with the team to create a brand that would productively support their values and vision through the development of required support materials.
Fever created the new name, logo, website and other materials that had to speak to many stakeholders. The result is a fresh, positive and inclusive HomeSpace brand that supports their ongoing vision “a home for everyone in our community”.
